What is E1?

Similar to the North American T-1, E1 is the European format for digital transmission.
E1 carries signals at 2 Mbps (32 channels at 64Kbps, with 2 channels reserved for signaling and controlling), versus the T1, which carries signals at 1.544 Mbps (24 channels at 64Kbps). E1 and T1 lines may be interconnected for international use.

আমরা অনেকেই হইত জানি জ্যোতির্বিজ্ঞান বিষয়ক সফটওয়্যারগুলোর মধ্যে সবচেয়ে জনপ্রিয় হচ্ছে প্লানেটোরিয়াম জাতীয় সফটওয়্যার। আজ এরকম একটি প্লানেটোরিয়াম সফটওয়্যার সম্পর্কে আলোচনা করবো। এটি আপনার কম্পিউটারে একটি ভার্চুয়াল ত্রিমাত্রিক প্লানেটোরিয়াম তৈরী করবে। আপনি পৃথিবীর যেকোনো প্রান্তেই থাকেননা কেন এটি যে কোন সময়ে আপনার অবস্থানে আকাশের গ্রহ, নক্ষত্র, নক্ষত্রমন্ডলীর অবস্থান সম্পর্কে জানান দেবে। আপনাকে শুধু আপনার কো-অর্ডিনেট আর সময় নির্ধারণ করে দিতে হবে। হাতে টেলিস্কোপ নেই কিন্তু মনে হচ্ছে, ইস! মঙ্গলকে যদি আরো কাছে দেখা যেত! মাউসের হূইল স্ক্রোল করে শুধু মঙ্গলের পৃষ্ঠই নয় আপনি এমনকি ফেবোস ও ডিমোসকে(মঙ্গলের দুই উপগ্রহ)-ও দেখতে পারবেন। অনেক আনন্দদায়ক তাই না!

USB drive from CentOS/RedHat 5.x/6.x installation

ISO2USB utility creates bootable USB drive from CentOS/RedHat 5.x/6.x installation disk or corresponding ISO image. Created USB drive may be used to perform installation on machines that lack optical drive. Custom installation disks (with kickstart configuration files) are fully supported.
ISO2USB source code is based on UNetbootin project, but features the following distinctions:

• Created USB drive is fully self-contained and doesn't rely on network install.
• Custom installation disks are fully supported (kickstart configuration files are adapted for USB install mode).
• Original optical media (CD or DVD) may be used instead of ISO images.
• Image may be adapted for installation from RS-232 serial console.

Note: you may be unable to write DVD images bigger than 4 GB to FAT formatted USB drives (due to max file size limitation of FAT filesystem). As a workaround use CD images instead: specify 1st CD image as 'Diskimage' and a directory where other images are located as 'Additional Files'.

Current ISO2USB version runs on Windows XP/Vista/7 platform. However the source code is based on a cross-platform Qt4 library and may be easily ported to other operating systems.
